This is a multi-story project with three stories and a basement totaling 114,779 square feet. The facility offers various climate-controlled units. 

 

StoragePro - Fairfield

Elk Grove, CA

MakoRabco Project Manager, Raul Gonzales, recently completed StoragePro - Fairfield in Elk Grove, CA on 11/14/22.This project, sold by MakoRabco Executive VP, Angie Guerin, consisted of a single and multi-story structure totaling 131,040 square feet.

Otty Road Storage

Happy Valley, OR

MakoRabco Project Manager, Phil Boyles, has recently completed WCSS - Otty Road Storage in Happy Valley, OR on 10/24/22. This project, sold by MakoRabco Executive Vice President, Angie Guerin, consisted of a multi-story and conversion structure totaling a whopping 78,045 square feet.

 The repeat client, Perlo Construction, was great to work with and the facility has been open since April of this year.

"This was a combination build, infill on existing warehouse space as well as a brand new 3-story structure," Phil said when asked about this project. He also mentioned the project ran incredibly well and that the crew on site was excellent. 

Arizona Self Storage

 

Tuscon, AZ

MakoRabco Senior Project Manager, Todd Sanders, has recently completed Arizona Self Storage in Tuscon, AZ on 10/21/22. This project, sold by Caesar Wright, consisted of a multi-story structure totaling 123,177 square feet.

The repeat client, Les Martin (who is now retired), from Canyon Building & Design was easy to work with and the facility is now open.

Todd said this project went smoothly and seamlessly. He also gave a shoutout to Formonic, who did a great job detailing, and the erection crew, Walltek.

BraineTrust Storage

 

Cedar Rapids, IA

We are excited to announce that MakoRabco Project Manager, Genge Hata, has recently completed Braine Trust Storage in Cedar Rapids, IA on 10/19/22. This project, sold by Mako Regional Sales Manager Eddie Huebner, consisted of a multi-story structure totaling 57,000 square feet.​ 

 The first-time client, Brian Hoel, from Graham Construction Company was easy to work with and the facility is now open.

The team muscled through the extreme weather conditions and came out on top. 

Rattler Road Storage

San Marcos, TX

MakoRabco Project Manager Raul Gonzales, draftsperson Carlos Velador, and engineer, Mike Dale recently completed Rattler Road Storage in San Marcos, Texas on 10/4/22. This project, sold by Eddie Huebner, consisted of Single level Climate Controlled buildings totaling 74,500 SF.​

The repeat client, DSW Construction, was easy to work with and they were very happy with the outcome of the project. Rattler Road Storage is now open for business.

 

Ramar Road Storage

 Bullhead City, AZ

MakoRabco Project Manager, Raul Gonzales, recently completed the single-story, 8,200-square-foot job, Ramar Road Storage in Bullhead City, AZ, on 10/4/22.

 

The job went extremely smoothly even with the extreme heat the crew had to work through.

 

The repeat client, Dana Sellan of Mohave Storage, said the facility will be opening in just a few weeks.

Kalispell, MT

Safe Harbor Heated RV and Boat Storage in Kalispell, Montana is an 18,900 square feet enclosed boat & RV storage facility. It was sold by MakoRabco Regional Sales Manager, Brent Amsbary, and managed internally by a MakoRabco project manager. 

Each unit is heated and includes a keyless entry lock. The project was complete on 1/10/2023. 

CubeSmart Storage

 

Columbus, OH

MakoRabco Project Manager, Latrelle Fincher with draftsperson Rodell Meyer and engineer Edgard De Jesus recently completed CubeSmart in Columbus, Ohio on 8/19/2022. This project sold by Jeff Michaels consisted of single-story climate-controlled buildings totaling 82,950 square feet.​

The first-time client, Wilcox Communities was easy to work with and they have opened CubeSmart Storage to the public.

Logan Storage and RV

Prescott Valley, AZ

MakoRabco Project Manager, Trevor Barr, recently completed the expansion of Logan Storage and RV in Prescott Valley, AZ, on 9/28/22. This is a single-story project and 14,500 square feet.
 
The crew had a lovely audience and got to show off in front of horses and cows every day while getting work done!
 
The repeat client, Jebb Johnson, was great to work with making the project go very smoothly. The facility is already leasing its new units. 

All Safe Storage

Moses Lake, WA

MakoRabco Project Manager, Todd Sanders, recently completed All Safe Storage in Moses Lake, WA on 9/16/22. This project sold consisted of (10) single-story, exterior access structures totaling 40,625 square feet.

The repeat client, Mitch Molitor, was easy to work with and plans to open as soon as possible.

RV Vault Storage in Fort Myers, FL is a 61,960 square feet Open Canopy facility, which allows for pull-through parking.

It was sold by MakoRabco Regional Sales Manager, Chad Gattis and completed in February 2022.

Cascade Weekender RV Storage in Woodland, WA  is an enclosed Boat & RV facility. The project was sold by MakoRabco Executive Vice President, Angie Guerin and managed internally by a MakoRabco project manager. The project was built in several phases throughout the years and totals approximately 100,000 square feet.
