Dear Mr. James Bartnick: We have just completed our second project with Mako in the past 12 months; a 20,000 square foot expansion of an existing 44,000 square foot facility in Las Vegas. Bill, Skip and I couldn’t be happier with the results; the quality of the materials used, construction workmanship and the level of customer service provided. Not only did you bring the project in on time and on budget, but you came up with design recommendations that mitigated the loss of rentable space caused by the governmentally mandated fire sprinklers and hydrants. That equipment would have eliminated the usability of one 12’ x 25’ unit and signifcantly reduced the marketability of two other 10’ x 15’ units. By my calculations, the $1,400 we spent on the recommended changes will generate at least $250 per month in additional revenue for the life of the facility. Strong work!!! Equally important, your crews were a delight to work with. Since our project was the expansion of an existing facility, the construction could easily have seriously disrupted our existing tenants and operators by the on-site staff. Yet, your people went out of their way to minimize their intrusion on operations and cooperate with the on-site managers. James, I really can’t thank you and your organization enough for the support you have provided. Please feel free to pass our name along to any owner-operator who is looking to build or expand and wants to hear from other firms like themselves.
