Mr. Wright has been in the steel business his entire career and has risen from an entry-level sales position to CEO at a remarkably young age. He is respected in the industry for his ability to manage, negotiate and succeed without compromising his integrity or his sense of humor.

Bruce McCardle is the V.P. of the Eastern Division Operations for Mako. He has worked in the architectural design, development, construction, and the metal building manufacturing business since 1977, specifically in the self-storage industry for the past eleven years. He is a member of the Florida Self-Storage Association board of directors, a writer with published articles in industry magazines, as well as a frequent self-storage seminar presenter.

James is our Senior Project Manager and uses his general contracting background to provide our customers with a complete picture of the construction process. James’ diverse skills enable him to run a project from sales to completion.

Robert has had varied experience in the construction field that has helped him to be a Project Manager who understands the perspective of the owner, contractor and steel erector. Robert’s patient style of management is well suited to new builders and his technical strengths allow him to communicate effectively with engineers, as well as construction crews.

Carlos is Mako’s Project Coordinator. His role is crucial in supplying projects with materials in a timely manner and making sure every job runs smoothly from a scheduling standpoint. His jobsite experience and ability to handle multiple projects at once are ideally suited to this demanding position.

Mark is our head of technical services and brings impressive computer and drafting skills to his job. Mark takes the time and puts forth the effort to enable field personnel to effectively interpret the intentions of the engineers and architects. He is our resident problem solver and a valuable asset to our customers, as well as our project management team.

Mike is our resident engineer. He has been involved with engineering self storage projects for the past nine years. Currently, Mike is registered in 36 states with more on the way.

Vivian is our Accounting & Credit Manager. Her tasks include supervision of accounts receivable and payable, invoicing, and order entry management. Her efficiency, work ethic and personality are ideally suited to this demanding position.

Diane is our Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for all financial reporting and oversight. Her accounting background at Deloitte and Touche makes her well qualified to handle the complications of a national construction firm. She is an integral part of the decision making team at Mako.
